Odessa Police Charge Woman in Connection to Assault Investigation

Odessa Police arrested Danielle Elizabeth Susan, date of birth 08/30/1974, on 1-7-18 at approximately 1835 hours for two counts of Injury to the Elderly “3rd Degree Felony” and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Warrant) “2nd Degree Felony”. Officers responded to the 3700 block of Everglade in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with a 73-year-old male, a 71-year-old female and their daughter, identified as Susan. Investigation revealed that after Susan got into an argument with her parents, she assaulted both of them by biting their fingers. The 73-year-old male and 71-year-old female sustained bodily injury on their fingers as a result of the incident.

Further investigation revealed that Susan had second degree felony warrant out of Nolan County for possession of a controlled substance. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Susan was charged and arrested accordingly and transported to the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.

Odessa Police Charge Man in Connection to Aggravated Assault Investigation

Odessa Police arrested Terrance Forbes, date of birth 11/07/1996, on 1-6-18 at approximately 1433 hours for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon “2nd Degree Felony”. Officers responded to 4100 East 50th Street (Windchase Apartments) in reference to a disturbance.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with a 17-year-old male, an 18-year-old female and her boyfriend, identified as Forbes. The 18-year-old female reported that her 17-year-old neighbor had given her a “dirty look”. When the 18-year-old female told Forbes about the incident, Forbes approached his 17-year-old neighbor and grabbed him by the shirt.

Forbes later ran into his apartment and returned with a shotgun in his hands. The 17-year-old male reported that Forbes threatened to kill him while he was holding the shotgun. Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, Forbes was charged and arrested accordingly. There were no reports of any injuries.
