South Meadow Ave. between E. Murphy and North Service Road of I-20 will be reconstructed.
Beginning Tuesday, January 3, 2023, City of Odessa contractors will begin the project reconstruction of south Meadow Avenue, between east Murphy and the north service road of I-20.
This will include the installation of a concrete valley gutter, curb work, and road reconstruction.
The reconstruction project of Meadow is contracted at 120 working days.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each, north and south, direction as construction phasing progresses.
Public is asked to find alternate routes if possible. Please use caution and expect delays within this area. Please see the attached traffic plan below.
