On December 3rd, the market will be coinciding with the annual Parade of Lights, one of the most beloved traditions in Odessa which draws upwards of 50K people a year. There will also be music and children's activities available at the market to draw parade goers to Texas Ave. from Grant Ave. both before and after the parade.
