The 4th annual Tap Into Downtown Odessa, a craft beer and wine experience, will be held on Saturday, March 16th, in Downtown Odessa. The event is hosted by Downtown Odessa, Inc.
The event will feature live music, food trucks, games and activities, and more. The event will also feature craft beer tasting along with the wine tasting to enhance the event and provide more options for our guests. Downtown businesses will have the chance to offer other complimentary and supportive activities/events during Tap Into Downtown Odessa. Tickets will be $20 in advance/$25 at the gate or $100/VIP ticket and include 5 free tastings of beer or wine and a commemorative tasting glass.

Date and Hours: 2pm – 7pm; Saturday, March 16th
Winery Selections: To sign-up, please fill out the Winery Participation Form; this form can be filled out online or you may print out a physical copy to return to us. There is a $100 non-refundable booth fee to participate in the event. Your form and payment must be received by February 15, 2019.
Materials and Requirements: We will provide: table, two chairs, and up to two complimentary tasting glasses. Wineries are responsible for: tent (if any), tablecloth, and any other promotional and/or decorating items such as banners (no longer than 10 feet in length) and small giveaway items. Be sure to bring ice chest/coolers to chill your white wines or keep your reds cool as the weather this time of year can be unpredictable.
Setup: Wineries may start set-up as early as 10am, but no later than 12:30pm, and must be setup by 1pm. Please be able to begin pouring promptly at 2pm. Wineries will be given booth location and in/out procedures prior to the event – please be sure to share this information with your staff and volunteers.
Purchasing of wine: Downtown Odessa, Inc. will purchase the wine used for the free tastings that come with each event ticket. After the consumer uses the free tasting tickets, they may purchase additional tastings, glasses, or bottles directly from the winery. The winery may keep all proceeds from these sales. Bottles purchased by the consumer may not be opened at the event.
Permits: In accordance with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission laws, each wine or beer vendor must obtain and display at the event a temporary permit.
